GIBLINE About To Take Internet By Storm

There's been some excitement on the web lately over a program in its pre-launch phase:

I've been investigating this new opportunity over the last week and a half and am impressed to say the least.

Often I'm asked what the perfect business is for the Internet newbie. I totally believed I've finally found the answer.

As you know, I heavily promote Global Domains International and My World Plus. These are both legitimate and profitable systems, but they require a lot of work and marketing. Growth in these two programs is gradual and takes some time.

GIBLINE is a whole different animal, especially for the newbie.

GIBLINK is a social network like Facebook or MySpace for business minded people.

The pay structure is a definite fist in the business where everybody gets paid regardless if they sponsor anybody or not. How is this possible? A unique straight line system so that everybody helps everybody, no matter who sponsored them. Anytime 5 people come in, anywhere in the world, to the one line structure, the person at the top cycles and then re-enters at the bottom.

Basically, everyone takes their turn getting paid, but are also automatically re-entered into the next highest level each time too. It doubles every cycle, starting at $50, then $100, $200, $400, etc.

Timing is of the essence. Don't get me wrong, this program will be amazing no matter when you join, simply because every 3 months everyone re-enters to keep it all moving. Imagine, there are 10,000 positions in the line and then in 90 days, everyone automatically re-enters so that 10,000 more spots come in to propel those again just to give everyone an extra boost. (happens automatically).

Free memberships will be offered once the program officially launches. Right now members must join at either the Standard level ($50 - 1 POD) or the Pro level ($150 -3 PODS). Make sure you understand the difference between the 2 levels of membership, especially if you intend to remain passive. You initially receive either 1 or 3 pods in GibLine #1, depending upon if you join as a Standard Member which gives you 1 pod, or as a Pro Member which gives you 3 pods in the line.

VERY IMPORTANT - To be very clear, passive members are well advised to enter at the Pro level. By doing so, you will have 3 pods and you will be fully qualified. In other words, your purchase of 3 pods means that you are relieved of the requirement to refer 2 members. It is also important to note that you will receive matching bonuses on your 2nd and 3rd pod each time they cycle. To state this in other terms, by coming in at the Pro level, the 2 additional positions or "pods" that you purchase take the place of 2 personal referrals. These positions are treated as if you referred 2 members yourself.

GibLine offers a line of internet products such as domains, hosting, email accounts, live chat services, ecommerce websites, site builders, dedicated servers and more. Every GibLine member receives their own storefront to offer these products and earn commissions. You will be able to use the GibLine tools to promote any other opportunity. More important, other social networks such as My Space and You Tube are NOT commerce sites. Conversely, GibLine is a social network primarily for business minded adults.

Remember, at pro membership you don't have to sponsor anyone to qualify for the straight line compensation plan. In other words, if you invest the $150 pro membership, and don't sponsor anyone, in 3 months you will automatically earn $800 dollars.

If you've read my earlier posts, I hope you've been able to see the benefits of affiliate marketing. It's really the best route for the novice Internet business seeker. But how can you determine which program is right for you?

The first thing to keep in mind is there are quite a few scams out there. There aren't nearly as many as the critics would like you to believe, but they are there. I've even fell for a couple myself.

To avoid being scammed, do a little research first.

Here are 2 main points to keep in mind when researching a particular affiliate program.

1. Find out what third party sources are saying about them:
what are mainstream business magazines saying about them? Are
their revenues growing, flat, or on the decline?

2. What is the main company's website rank? A company whose
web site is in the top 50,000 worldwide is a pretty safe bet.
If it's in the top 10,000, you're about guaranteed that you're
dealing with a legitimate deal. If you don't know how to check
the popularity of a web page, you can download and install the
Alexa toolbar.

For example, one of my main income makers is Global Domains International(GDI). To find out if they were legit, I simply "Google" searched them and carefully scrutinized the results.

Here's some of what I learned:

GDI has been listed in the INC. 500 as a top 50 Internet
business.

Also, GDI has been reviewed in ENTREPRENEUR magazine as
a company building a better dotcom.

These third party resources confirmed to me that GDI is a proven way to earn money on the Internet. My next step was to see how GDI's website ranked out of the millions floating around on the world wide web.

A great tool to check a website's popularity is the Alexa download tool.

I did a quick search by clicking on the "traffic rankings" link at the top of the page and typing in "http://website.ws".

Today "http://website.ws" ranks 9511. Remember, any ranking in the top 50,000 pretty much solidifies a website as the real deal.

GDI's website ranking along with the third party accolades from ENTREPRENEUR and INC 500 convinced me I was dealing with a real business opportunity. With confidence, I joined GDI and haven't regretted it since.

Remember these 2 critical points while researching an Internet business opportunity: What do third parties say about them and what is their website ranking. Checking each opportunity against those criteria will guarantee that you find a legit opportunity that is right for you.

2. Sell Other People's Products: No need to create a product. All you have to do is get people to buy somebody else's product from your affiliate website and watch the commissions roll in. You don't have to worry about inventory, shipping or any of the other usual headaches. I like to stress finding affiliates that allow you to make residual income. For example, look for affiliate services that require monthly fees, like web hosting, or phone service or health insurance. These monthly fee programs allow you to continually make money from the same customer for as long as they stay with the program. This is a great way to grow your residual income.

3. Lots Of Support: The creators of an affiliate program want to ensure that their affiliates make money. Their success depends on the success of their affiliates. So a good affiliate program will be loaded with tons of support. You will find pre-made websites, sales letters, email campaigns, business cards, articles: basically the entire gamut to ensure you succeed. Just think, all this is set up for you. If you were promoting your own product, how much time and money do you think it would take to set all this up. Lots!!

4. Business On Autopilot: What could be more sweet than returning from a 2 week vacation in Hawaii, logging onto your affiliate account and finding out you earned $5,000 dollars while surfing the North Shore and sipping pina coladas at a beach side resort. What a rush. Remember, it will take some initial work and time to get to this point, but once you're there, there is nothing more rewarding. An affiliate program set up properly will work for you 24 hours of the day, continuing to pull in cash without your constant supervision.

Affiliate marketing is definitely a legit way for beginners to start making a substantial income with an Internet business.

My previous post highlighted the importance of really examining whether or not you are ready to pursue a home business. The article from Stone Evans pointed out the importance of self-discipline, self-motivation and most of all, persistence.

There are all kinds of ways to stay motivated. You can join home business forums where like-minded people meet to discuss their endeavors or seek Internet marketing advice. There's a lot you can learn from these forums. You can also read trade journals dealing with your area of focus.
